Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from artwork approval. Rush orders (1–2 days) are available — please contact us to confirm availability before placing your order.

File requirements

We accept print-ready files in PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), CDR (CorelDRAW), and PSD formats. All files should be supplied in CMYK colour mode with 3 mm bleed on all sides and fonts embedded or outlined. Full requirements are available on our artwork requirements page.

Delivery

We deliver finished print to any address in Moscow and the Moscow region. Delivery across Russia is also available via courier services — please ask for a quote when placing your order.

Payment

We accept bank transfers (SWIFT for international clients), and corporate invoicing for regular customers. Payment is required in advance for first-time orders.
